The internal memory of the DiO receivers allows your installation to be saved in case of power cut, even if this last for several months, so you shouldn't have to reprogram them after such an event.

In this case, your HomeBox or DiO HUB must be reset at a server level. In order to do this, please send us the Mac address of your device using the contact form available at chacon.com/support and we will confirm the reset within 24 working hours.
What is the lifetime of batteries of the DiO products?
Lifetime of the battery in DiO products (switches, remote controls, detectors, etc.) is approximately 2 years of normal use. Bad battery quality may have a significant effect on decreasing this battery life and, vice versa, high quality batteries may increase service life.
