If your camera has lost its connection and won't connect again, you can try to reset it and reinstall it again - Wait for 15 minutes between the reset and reinstallation.

Retry several times if necessary.

 

Check that your camera is properly positioned in the radius of action of your Wi-Fi!

 

If the problem persists, you can also try/verify:


- Check that there are no other wireless devices nearby;
- Deactivate your firewall during installation;

- Restart your router if necessary;
- Check the frequency of your Wi-Fi connection (2.4 GHz) - the devices will not work with 5.0GHz networks.
