Here is the complete procedure for reset:

1) Delete the camera from your account in the DiOCam Plus app;

2) Reset the camera by pressing the reset button for around 10 seconds;

3) Wait for 10 minutes before reinstalling - this is time that the camera takes to clear all the data held in memory.
