IPCAM Series - IP Camera - No notifications on my smartphone

If you're not receiving any notifications on your smartphone, try following the steps below:


1) Access your camera via the app and click on the options menu (3 dots) at the top of the screen on your smartphone.
2) Once there, select “notifications” in the menu and activate them;
3) Activate the "sound" option in the notification menu;

4) Return to the main camera control screen and make sure the the motion detection icon is set to active;

 

Also make sure if that you have notifications active on your smartphone.
