RESET DIOVDP-IP01

 

1 - Install the SADP Tool appConfirm that your internet connection is the same as your videophone.

Windows

 

 

2 - Select the device that que appears on the program with the  in the left corner.

Then, click on the option “Forgot Password”, on the bottom right corner.

 

 

 

 

3 - Select “Export”, download the file and save it on your computer.

After sending us said file via e-mail, we will proceed with the recovery process. We will send you back a new file in order to recover the equipment.

 

4 – Reset the equipment. After receiving and saving the file we sent you, select “Import File” y select the file. In the spaces below, insert your new desired password.
