Wired videophone - the release does not work, bad picture or no sound?

If your release does not work:
- Check the connections;
Note 1: Make sure not to use the RJ45 internet cable or telephone cable, they are too thin.
Note 2: Do not connect several cables with small cross-sections together.
Note 3: Only use the 1.5mm2 cross-section of cable.
- Conduct a rapid test, by connecting the two elements to the appropriate cable.
If the problem has disappeared, you then have to change your installation.
If the problem continues to persist, have the videophone completely repaired by your reseller.
