AwoX connected bulbs are usable with any standard wall switch on the market (note that you will only be able to turn off and turn on an AwoX bulb and the bulb will turn back on in the state it was turned off).

If the switch is in the off mode (no current), the AwoX bulb can no longer be controlled by other means.
