If your shutter opens when you press "shut" (O), and closes when you press "open" (I), this is a reverse of commands.
In this case, here is the procedure to correct this:
First, you must fully delete all the remote controls from the motor by doing a complete reset.
Reset:
1) Cut the power to the electrical distribution board for 2 seconds, restore the power for 10-15 seconds, cut the circuit breaker again for 2 seconds and turn the power on again; the motor will make a to-and-fro movement. Then, press the OFF (O) button of your primary remote control unit for 2 seconds; the motor will make a to-and-fro movement.
2) Cut the power to the electrical distribution board for 2 seconds, restore the power for 10-15 seconds, cut the circuit breaker again for 2 seconds and turn the power on again; the motor will make a to-and-fro movement. Then, press the OFF (O) button of your primary remote control unit for 2 seconds; the motor will make a to-and-fro movement. Press OFF (O) again for around 2 seconds so that the motor does the to-and-fro movement once more.
Reprogramming the Motor:
3) Reprogram the main remote control by pressing the ON (I) button of the same for 2 seconds within 2 minutes of restoring power to the motor.
4) Then, within 2 minutes of connecting the remote control unit, check the up or down movement of the shutter (the ON (I) button to raise and the OFF (O) button to lower). If the movement is not correct, reverse the direction by pressing the OFF (O) button for 2 seconds within a time limit of 12 seconds, the shutter will make a brief to-and-fro movement to confirm the change. If this still does not work, try to press the button of the remote control (pulse) as briefly as possible. This will reverse the commands and your motor will be operational.
Notice: You may have to repeat this process more than once.
