It's possible that the source of the issue resides in the cables you used for the installation. Test your videophone with new cables and see if the issue persists.
Always keep in mind that the minimum cross-section must be 1.5mm2 for each cable.
If the problem is resolved, adapt your installation. if not, you can have your device checked and/or repaired by your reseller or by our repair technicians.
