As owner of the videophone, it is possible for you to record a message (via the DiOCam+ application, under the settings > leave a message menu) which will be activated if you have a visitor when you are away. You can use this, for example, to inform delivery personnel where they can leave a package.  Keep in mind, however, that this message will only be restored after your confirmation on your smartphone during the call.  

There is, however no option for your visitor to record a message. You can, however, take advantage of a little trick:

- If you install a micro-SD card in your videophone and activate movement detection (with or without notification), your visitor will be able to leave you a video message if you are away.  You will find this video in the DiOCam+ app, in the “Messages” tab.
