This could be due to diverse factors.

 

A possible solution is to reset can the main unit. In order to do this, follow the steps below:

 

1) Hold down the [WiFi] button of the control panel for 7 seconds. You will hear a short beep after 3 seconds and then a long beep after 4 more seconds.

2)  Once that happens, the reset process is concluded and the default values of all the settings have been re-established.

 

Note: Note that this operation does not delete detectors or other accessories.

 

Also check the following recommendations:

 

a) Ensure that when you have installed the app, you have accepted access to your location and that your GPS is activated on your smartphone when using the app, as this is indispensable for its correct operation.

b) Check properly that your alarm is within the action radius of your Wi-Fi.

c) Check your internet router's settings, such as firewall strength, security keys, closed ports, etc. (you may need to consult with your ISP for some of these options) If the connection failure persists, try on another Wi-Fi network.
