In this case, it is preferable to reinstall of all your sockets. To do this, you must:
1) Reset your socket by pressing the button on the side for 5 seconds;
2) Disconnect the sockets from the power for a few minutes;
3) Reconnect your socket to the power, and press the side button (the socket is then in learn mode);
4) In the app, select (+ add Device);
5) In the menu, press "router restart";
6) Follow the instructions on screen;
The app (Chacon Home) version for this must be, at least, 1.0.5 (iPhone and Android).
Make sure you also check the following items:
a) Your password, this cannot exceed 32 characters;
b) Your Wi-Fi frequency. The sockets will not work with a 5GHz connection, it must be set to 2.4GHz;
c) The sockets do not accept a Wi-Fi password in WPA2, you need to leave the Wi-Fi open so that they connect (contact your internet provider if you need assistance with this);
d) Check the strength of your Firewall. A strong Firewall may block the connection, causing the sockets not to function as desired.
e) The location of your sockets. If they are not connecting, you may want to move them closer to your internet router and see if they work;
f) Connect them to a different Wi-Fi network to establish whether the problem lies with the sockets or your own network.
