DiO HUB + - Configuration Process

Before you begin configuring your Hub, make sure GPS/Location is active on your smartphone and that you are connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as the device will not work on 5GHz networks.

 

Afterwards, follow the steps below:

 

1) Continuously press the button on the HUB for about 5 seconds;

2) Press the WPS button on your internet router. If your router lacks this button, you may find the option on the router's management webpage (access via web browser);

3) After a few seconds, check if the light on the HUB is blinking green.

 

Only after step 3 should you:

 

4) Create an account with your email address;

5) Scan the HUB's QR Code (you will find on the underside of the HUB);

6) Confirm your account details and insert email/password;

7) Open the app and enter your details.
