- Click the Phone Settings icon, then Applications: All (If necessary, click "show system processes"), then open "Bluetooth Shares" and select Storage: Clear Data.
- Disable and enable the phone's Bluetooth service by double-clicking the icon in Quick Settings.
- Turn off and on your bulb electrically.
