Please disconnect your HomeBox, wait for 20 seconds, reconnect it and wait for a few minutes. Then check the status of the LEDs on your HomeBox:
- The LED on the right confirms that it is connected to the power supply. If it is off, check that your HomeBox is properly connected to the power supply (micro USB port at the rear, USB transformer connected to the power supply).
- The middle LED confirms that it is connected to the network. If it is off, check the status of your connection with the RJ45 cable.
- The LED on the left confirms that it is connected to the DiO server. If it is off, check that your HomeBox is directly connected to your modem and check your Internet connection. If it remains off, disconnect the HomeBox from the power supply, wait 20 seconds, then reconnect it. After a few seconds, the 3 LEDs should be lit and your system should be operational again.
If the 3 LEDs continue to flash, there is a problem and the product must be replaced. In this case, please contact your reseller or our support team via chacon.com/support.
