DiO HomeBox & DiOHUB - When installing my HomeBox or HUB, I get a message saying "This Mac address is already used by another user". What can I do?

In this case, your HomeBox or DiO HUB must be reset at a server level.
In order to do this, please send us the Mac address of your device using the contact form available at chacon.com/support and we will confirm the reset within 24 working hours.
