Most roller shutters are installed on an octagonal-shaped tube, compatible with our DiO motors.
If, however, the DiO motor is not compatible with your tube, there are two possible solutions:
1) You can contact a professional who may be able to adapt your installation;
2) Alternatively, you can buy a new octagonal tube, compatible with our motor. Changing them is a quick, simple procedure.
