53010 - Wi-Fi Neo socket - My Neo socket is no longer connecting, how do I reset it?

It is not possible to reset this type of socket. You can, however, try to:
- Delete the app and restart the installation;
- Test it, if possible, on another Wi-Fi connection if the problem persists;
- Also check that your Wi-Fi is working properly at 2.4 GHz;
- Consult your internet provider to change certain settings, WPA key or other;
- Deactivate your antivirus for installation and when using to check if the problem is not deleted.
